I'm going to call up lady pee for a reading. Hallelujah, lady Pig. Praise the name of Jesus.

I forgot to ask Deaconess to read this. It's in your program this morning, but it's a nice little way to reflect. I'm going to do my best.

Enjoy. And it reads as we near Christmas. We are reflecting on how certain people in the Bible responded to the arrival of the birth of the Messiah, and we consider our own responses to Jesus Christ in our lives. Imagine you are a Shepherd in ancient Israel. Your job is mundane dirty and maybe even a little frightening you're out in the world away from town. And the only light you see it night comes from the fire around where your huddled and the moon hanging overhead with that small field of vision. You're supposed to not only keep track of your sheep. But also protect them from Attack suddenly a supernatural brightness, the glory of the Lord, blind your eyes, and their somebody, they're unlike anything you've ever seen before, perhaps, you immediately realize that that's an angel of the Lord, or maybe you are. So consumed with confusion that it takes a minute to think, in that this being is from the Heavenly Realm. Either way, you were so off truck that the Angels. First words are do not be afraid. Behold. I bring you good tidings of great joy, which will be to all people for their is born to you this day in the city of David, a savior. Who is Christ the lord. And this will be the same to you. You will find the Babe. Wrapped in swaddling clothes, laying in a Manger. I wonder if the shepherd collapse to the ground during the overwhelming experience. We know they felt fear, of course, but you might in the flood of emotions as they began to realize that the angel of the Lord is Proclaim, good news of the arrival of the Messiah. What is the Messiah? The one promised, since Genesis chapter 3 for the Jewish people? This is the this is the one they had been longing for and the shepherds are some of the first to hear of his arrival. If their knees, didn't Buckle at that point. What about, when suddenly, the sky is lit up and one injured. Again became a multitude of the Heavenly Host, praising God, and saying, glory to God in the highest and on Earth. Peace, Good. Will to men. It is. No surprise that they immediately ran to find a child in a manger and return passionately glorifying and praising. God, Fair confusion, Joy. The shepherd's experience of emotions that historic night. How about you, and you hear this story? Are you filled with all, do you empathize with the confusion and Fear? Can you feel their Joy? If not, we read Luke Chapter, 2, and try to Envision in front the shepherd's perspective from the shepherd's perspective. Once again, I pray that the holy spirit will fill you with joy, this Christmas season. Jesus came to save the world from the grip of sin. But first, you must ask him to forgive you, your sins and be a part of your life. You can do that right now. You can do that today. Amen. Amen. Amen.

I don't know if you noticed that whenever an angel makes an appearance. He says do not be afraid. He just imagine the power of the all that comes across with the winds whipping. The Skies open up in the lights, Flash and Angel appears before you. And and he says, do not be afraid you just a match. The power. Good morning, Saints. How are you today? Wow, I got to try that again. Good morning, Saints. How are you this morning morning?

The woman of the hour. This speaker comes before you to share some good news with you. And then now you may have seen her before. And you may have heard her before.

What today? Will be the first time.

That's you will hear her.

as a member of New Life, Christian Church International

Hallelujah, hallelujah. Thank you. Jesus. Call Johnny to his church in his time. Yes. Yes, we always believed that she was, she would be part of our church, cuz she's always been a part of us.

The right after she brings the word. Do not leave without welcoming welcoming her. To the church. Now she was saying she was for sure to say me Pastor. I don't know how long But for now, she's here and Mary's Lord. And if she's going to be here, she is going to be a member of this church.

Call her pastor idell. We welcome you with the love of God. Church, I present to you if you could all stand. Woman of God pastor Pastor. I do you like Hallelujah?

Thank you, Jesus. Thank you. Jesus. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. You make me feel.

Thank you, Pastor. It's always a pleasure to come even when I was just visiting. It was always a pleasure because I never actually felt like a visitor, the part of this.

I was there a grateful to God for all of his Blessing and where he has brought me from beautiful songs today and I was saying, you know, Lord, I'm on my way and I'm going to do all I can before you say Well done.

Little tired and things where was out and we don't know if we want to continue a lot. Now this morning I'm going to do something a little different. It seems like lately has been doing some different thing. He asked me to do and then bring this message to you this morning. During this time of Advent. I'm going to start from the very end and moved to the beginning. Now, when we were in Bible College and study homiletics, they taught us how we should set up a sermon. You need to have three points and a beginning and an end, and you always have to have make sure that you connect your points, connect the dots.

Amen. Service.

As I said before, I'm going to start at the end and move to the beginning. Isaiah 52 in 7th is when you, let me say, one other thing, I have problems with my sinuses today. So if it looks like, I'm not feeling, well, I'm feeling okay. It's just my sinuses are giving me a little problem. Okay. I'm not, I would not contaminate you. I've been fully vaccinated including the booster shot of God. 1.

Amen, amen.

Close here.

I think I do, if I got a little tickling him to call, if I'll make it. I'm alright.

Thank you, Lord. We need to be concerned, not afraid but concerned.

How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of those? Who bring good news? Who Proclaim peace? Who bring good tidings?

Who Proclaim salvation? Whose Fate has iron your god reigns?

As we back up this morning, and I just smoked a little bit about, lyrics. They taught us that there was three ways to deliver a sermon and because I appreciate also teach so please accept what I'm doing this morning. There is a expository which we hear many times was, the Bible text is taken and it is the we we talked about adverse by worse. That's expository. And then we have the textual.

What you mean that? We pick out a certain point and we deal with that. And then there was the topical. Which will have a theme and we handle the theme and we stay with the thing so that you will understand what it what it is that we're talking about. It is a young preacher. I've been preaching since 1965. So when I started early, I wanted to make sure that I was saying what God wanted me to say, Where The Narrative of the incident, which mean I would find a Bible story. I would read it. I would study it and that's what I would preach. And that way. I knew that I had covered everything. The man, whatever I grew up, we grow as we grow then we expanded the more we experience. The more we can expound the word of God today. I'm going to talk about the power of the spoken word. map of spoken word and give 1, the ability to act to control to have a 30 and influence over. Is an organ on the floor of a mouth use for tasty. Speaking articulating. It is a slab of 2 oz of mucous membrane enclosing a complex array of muscles and nerves. Now, as a major origin of communication, we are able to articulate. Distinct sounds. Making it easy to understand each other as we speak. Without the title, A mother. Can I sing a lullaby to her, baby? Without the time, teachers cannot strip the minds of her student. Attorneys cannot argue in court. Pastors cannot Comfort the troubled or so. The president can't fire anyone at will. Our entire world communication would be reduced the unintelligible. Sounds, we will sound like monkeys or Birds. What part or tweet tweet tweet? That's what we want sound like birds, understand each other because they are birds. As we speak a language and you cuz we speak a language. Then we are able to understand what each person is saying to the other. Now, there is another language known as the other.

Just let me say, tongues, we speak in town and people say, what what are they saying? When we speak in town, there was a price for that because it tells comes in many ways to do many things. Tongues, the time of worship. Come Towns. Come at the time of praise. Tom, the time of prayer. I'm in town, the time of a language, when you are speaking to God and to him alone. Now when times are articulated in the service and it is done. Continually, the Bible says that needs to be an interpretation because a power. Hallelujah, in the spoken word. Amen. Amen. Now, there are times when I will speak in tongues that, I myself, don't know what I'm saying. But I know this that is to God, that he knows what I'm saying. And then there's another time when God will allow me to speak in tongue and immediately interpreted because there are people in the audience. They don't understand what you're saying. We don't want people to think that we're crazy because we're not God is an awesome. God gave us some language for reasons that we need to learn to speak the language.

Sometimes we can say what we want to have it. We want to and we expect everybody to understand us. Well, you know, I don't always understand my brothers and my sisters and so sometimes I have to ask them. What did you say? I'm not being rude. I need to understand because there is power and what you are saying.

However, the town is greatly. This name tall member has a destruction of fire. It can erupt and damage, whatever it touches fire is.

It leaves at the mark on everything that it touches James three and two says, if any man open not inward, the same as a perfect man and is able to control the whole body. What is James Bay here? Be careful of what you say and how you say it. I know who you're saying to before you open your mouth to read to reply or to respond, but the breakdown and think about what it is that you're going to pay because you can cause damage. That is not a repairable.

Came to the tongue of the wall, a world of fire and it was set on fire the course of nature. We need to understand what it is that God has placed within our mouths and how we are to handle it out today. But tomorrow, you'll dance. Hallelujah. Because you're going to face some of the same things I'm saying today on tomorrow.

Washington, Irving said, and I quote, a sharp tongue is the only two words to that grows Keener with constant use. The more you talk, the Keener is guest. The more you talk the stronger, their language becomes.

I'm talking about the power of a spoken word and all of this is included. It can be a Lethal Weapon. Becoming a Relentless flaming. Misael. sabotaging blistering and destroying and will This slippery creature, that is hiding behind the white cage. And cause all kinds of damage.

Or manipulate on lazy yarn. You can whistle up to taste peppermint. Candy, ice cream or cookie.

Positively. Some very fine and it says, I will hear what God the Lord will speak, but he will speak. Peace unto his people and do his thing. And Make a Joyful Noise to the god of our Salvation. We will become jubilant and excited when you see people moving around and dancing. I'm not from a Caribbean. So I don't have all those lose my nizzle. But it filled out, I still move what. It gives me. Joy to hear that.

Is there a middle C? The movement? It doesn't be good because

Thank you, Lord. There's nothing wrong with that. He is a joy of our Salvation. The power of the same tone will speak words of life. John 11. And 39, says Jesus said, take away the stove. And when he had spoken, he cried with a loud voice.

And you know what he did. A dead man. Got up.

He didn't say everybody come for didn't say just come forth, but it called 11 Thursday because he knew that power that was in him. And if he has just said come forth every day when I'm off.

The word of God.

Now, we're just saying, no house. You're staying home. Hey man. Hallelujah.

Hallelujah Jesus, but God, man was weeping for his friend Lazarus.

When he heard of his death, he was awful. Give me come right away. One day pass today.

He did come. Yes, he did, He may not come when you want him. But he is on time. God has made you a promise. He's spoken word into your spirit. Don't let it go. Hang on to it because I spoken word. Maybe we'll go to Goodwill thrift store.

I am healed.
